Terms and Conditions

Full package payment required upon full session reservation. By scheduling a meeting, you accept the following terms and conditions:

Session cancellation

All cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you lose your paid-for class. If a teacher cancels with less than 24 hours notice, you get a free class. 

Session length

Each 1 hour meeting includes a 45 minute live conversation class and a 15 minute discussion period.

Each package includes 20 live one-on-one sessions.

Patreon subscribers

Each session may include up to 4 students. Sessions must be scheduled with at least 24 hour notice.

Session validity

Paid-for sessions expire if not scheduled within 6 months of purchase date.

Learning environment

You will come prepared for your meeting. Your class may be canceled if you attend class without the proper equipment (computer, microphone/headset, stable internet equipment) or if you are not in a proper environment (driving, eating, etc).

Being late for a lesson

If the client is late 15 minutes or more, they are considered absent and the meeting may be dismissed.

Technical issues

If you have electricity or technical problems from your side, we can not be responsible if you miss a class or part of a class. 

Documenting

All resources are available online. Classes may be recorded. Classes may be publicly displayed only with the student’s permission. 

Refund Policy

You may only request a partial refund for your purchased package if you have consumed less than 3 out of the 20 live one-on-one sessions. A partial refund is defined as 75% of the paid amount minus processing fees.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
