By scheduling a meeting, you accept the following terms and conditions:
Payment 1 is required upon scheduling a photoshoot.
Payment 2 is required upon completion of the shoot.
Payment 3 is required upon receiving the final images.
Any cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice. If you make any changes with less than 48 hours notice, you will not be refunded your 1st payment.
Photoshoots are between 2 to 8 hours in length, depending on the agreed package.
Please come prepared for the shoot. Your shoot may be canceled if you attend without the proper preparation (outfit(s), grooming, having lack of sleep, etc).
If the client is late 20 minutes or more, they are considered absent and the shoot may be dismissed at the expense of the client.
We are not responsible if you miss a shoot for any reason.
All content rights are reserved to Johnny Ilca. Content may also be used indefinitely by the paying client.
We share none of your information with anyone for any reason.
You will receive at least 20 individually edited jpeg files for a half day shoot and at least 50 individually edited jpeg files for a full day shoot.
We will consider any special requests if communicated ahead of time.
Included in your package is 1 revision request. If you wish to make revisions, please contact your photographer directly.
